Franchisee story
We began our journey in 2019 with the launch of an online shop offering a variety of items, from homeware and gadgets to clothing and jewellery. Our journey expanded in 2022 when we opened a salon, barber shop, and massage parlour, empowering youth by teaching them valuable skills and encouraging entrepreneurial spirit.
We are dedicated to youth development, providing free counselling, career guidance, and community support through initiatives like free haircuts and sanitary product donations. Recognizing a gap in the current education system, we joined the Smartschool Academy Family to bridge this divide and foster academic success and empowerment among our youth. We have always been very passionate about seeing our youth grow and do well in their schooling career for with an education you are able to empower yourself by furthering your studies and get a good job or even start your own business. Our goal is to successfully enable our students to move from an average or below average mark to achieving A+ in all subjects and at the same time understanding that there is greatness in each one of them.

The enrolment process at Smartschool Academy is straight-forward and user-friendly, ensuring a seamless start to your journey with us.

Enrolment Step 1:
Complete New Learner Application Form
Download the New Learner Application Form, complete it, and then submit it via email or drop it off at your nearest Smartschool Academy Office.
Please note that it is critical that the information provided be exact and accurate, in order to ensure we are able to process your application without delay.
Enrolment Step 2:
Supply supporting documentation
In order to speedily handle your application, please attach the following documents to an email, or drop them off at your local Smartschool Academy office:
- Copy - ID of student's father, certified
- Copy - ID of student's mother, certified
- Copy - Child's birth certificate or ID
- Copy - 1-month's payslip
- Completed admission form

Enrolment Step 3:
pay the enrolment fee
To confirm enrolment at Smartschool Academy, a yearly admin fee is payable by cash or EFT to secure your spot. An invoice will be issued to you once all supporting documentation has been submitted and your application has been successfully processed.
